Team Assistant (Social and Therapeutic Services)
The Social, Therapies and Resource (STaR) Team provide a wide range of professional support to children and young people, their families and the wider care team. From psychotherapy and bereavement support to sibling groups and school holiday activities, the team provide a crucial service to families in east London.
We are looking for a talented professional to provide a wide range of support to the team including preparation of social activities and hospice events as well as being a contact for families and coordinating with other internal teams about activities and events the STaR team is running.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with children or in a care setting. A level 2 NVQ in childcare or similar is preferred. You will also have excellent communication skills and experience in setting up and developing administrative processes.
