Hospice at Home Play and Care Worker (Band 4 equivalent)
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support our Hospice at Home service.
With experience in carrying out personal play plans and an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), the successful candidate will support children in their own homes and in the hospice using play-related and clinical care techniques.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player and will be committed to working within the values of Richard House. The ability to interact and understand the needs of children and young people is essential. You will have experience of working either in palliative care or with children with complex medical or psycho-social needs and be able to deliver appropriate age related play.
