Richard House is looking for a Community Manager to join its fun and energetic team. As a key member of the Fundraising team the Community Manager will develop and implement the community fundraising strategy for Richard House, ensuring growth in the level of income raised from community fundraising activity. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging fundraising activities and adapting fundraising styles that work with a wide range of stakeholders – building relationships and supporting local community groups, schools, individuals and organisations. You’ll also be managing one direct report.

Our organisational strategy for the next three years is in development, so this is an exciting time to join us and make your mark on how we will grow community fundraising moving forward. There is plenty of opportunity in this role to bring new ideas to the table and to try new approaches. This is a role you can really make your own!
