Clinical Governance and Informatics Nurse

Closing date: 30 Nov 2019

Passionate about standards and quality of care?

Are you an RNC or RNA/RNLD with experience of working with children looking to work as part of a small team and be able to make an impact?  Do you love a diverse role that provides the opportunity to help shape and influence the provision of care?  If so, then this is the role for you!  We are looking for a Clinical Governance and Informatics Nurse to work alongside our senior nursing team.

This is a great opportunity to review our standards and quality of care as well as designing and developing the systems that we’re using.  You’ll get to project manage implementations and support and train the team as part of the process.  You will also review and write policies, carry out clinical audits and work with the senior Care team to manage incidents.  This is an exciting and varied role and we’re looking for someone who can bring existing experience in these areas.  Excellent writing skills, fluent English and a good understanding of and confidence using software packages and databases are a must.

We’re looking for someone who is focussed, thorough and consistent in their work, with a keen eye for detail.  You should be a self-starter who can work autonomously, managing your time well.  You’ll need to be able to provide leadership and training on projects and new processes so being a team player and able to build great relationships across teams is vital.

If this sounds like you then please go to our jobs portal to complete your application and supporting statement outlining why you would suit the role and would love to work with us.
