Santa can't be there all year round, but with your help we can be.
Muhammad's Story
Muhammad is 11 years old, he has Lissencephaly. This includes severe development delays, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and swallowing problems, along with sight and hearing impairments.
His condition means he has very complex needs that require 24/7 care and he can’t be left alone for a second.
He can for example have a seizure that lasts for more than five minutes and therefore needs round-the-clock care.
Muhammad uses a wheelchair making it hard to leave the house. If we want to go out as a family we rely on the help of the Hospice at Home team.
Often simple things like going to the park or going food shopping are almost impossible.
The care staff are friendly and ready to help. Delivering excellent quality of care.
