Religion and Spirituality at Richard House

Richard House is embarking on a series of monthly lunchtime learning slots on the subject of ‘Religion and Spirituality: a brief introduction’. The sessions will be looking at end of life care and bereavement support from the viewpoint of various faiths.

Open to any Richard House families staying at the hospice as well as staff, the sessions will take place between 12.30pm and 1.30pm in one of the meeting rooms on site. The aim is to keep things relatively informal so no booking is required – please feel free to drop in if you are interested in learning more about a given topic or have any particular questions you wish the speakers to address.

Refreshments will be provided!

If you can’t make it on the day but have a question you would like to be considered, please do tweet or contact us via Facebook and we will try to get it answered for you.

The schedule for January and February is as follows:

Thursday 28th January at 12.30pm: Rabbi Eli to talk about Judaism

Monday 29th February at 12.30pm: Mohamed Omar to talk about Islam

Any changes to the schedule will be published on this page.
