Brampton-Manor-Academy cheque donation

Over 30 students from Brampton Manor Academy in East Ham came into the hospice today to donate a cheque for over £660 from their recent fundraising efforts. They took time to tour the hospice and see the work we do before posing for a brief photo.

Students at the school have raised for Richard House as well as other charities with an annual Winter Wonderland fundraiser selling cakes and other treats and have been supporting Richard House since 2002.

Teacher Annie Daw said: “The support both emotionally and practically given to children and families is invaluable and so that is why we all wanted to raise for the hospice.”
