Quality account report published

Richard House want to provide the best possible experience for children, young people and families, so we monitor our services throughout the year and analyse what is working well and where we can improve.

For the second consecutive year we have produced a Quality Account, which is a report that summarises the data that we have collected during the previous year and what it means about the quality of our services.

Quality is measured by looking at safety, effectiveness (against planned service outcomes) and feedback from the people who use Richard House. As it is an annual report this allows the families and the professionals who we work with to have a clear view of how services have been improved over the year and how we intend to build on that in the future.
