Care for your child
We are here to provide excellent care to children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and to support families every step of the way

How to refer your child
Referrals can come from any source such as a family, a GP or hospital, as long as the child’s parent or carer with parental responsibility has given their consent

What is Children's Palliative Care?
Children’s palliative care is about promoting the best possible quality of life and care for every child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their family

Meet our care team
Our dedicated team are committed to providing safe and personalised care for children with life-limited or life-threatening conditions and those with complex health needs

Hospice at Home
Hospice at Home provides respite and end of life care for children and young people who prefer to remain in their own home rather than coming to the hospice

Respite care
We offer short breaks whereby our dedicated care team will look after children and young people at the hospice while their families take a break and recharge their batteries, whether for a few hours or a few days

Step down care
Step down care provides training and support for parents and carers to bridge the gap between hospital and home and gives them the confidence to care for their child at home

Therapies
Therapies give our children the opportunity to learn to interact with the world around them in a safe environment that builds up their confidence and enables them to reach their full potential

End of Life Care
We work with families to make the end of a child’s life as positive, comfortable, loving and fulfilling as possible, leaving them with the best possible memories and assisting them to grieve
