Care and Transition Administrator

What’s the role?

We are looking for a volunteer Care and Transition Administrator to support our Care and Transition teams.

Your duties would include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Scanning documents
  • Typing and basic minute taking
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining notes

What skills do I need?

The ideal candidate would enjoy working individually as well as part of a team, would have excellent communications skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and would understand the importance of confidentiality in a hospice environment.

How much time will it take?

We ask for a minimum of six hours a day 2/3 days per week.
