CASE STUDY

When Wavestone came to Richard House.

Wavestone is a multinational consultancy firm based in Central London and over the summer of 2023, they joined Richard House for a day of volunteering.

10 of the Wavestone team came to the hospice to help with gardening and met some of the amazing children and families.

We absolutely loved our day volunteering at Richard House. It was very inspiring to meet the incredible children and families. Despite the difficulties they’re facing, there is so much joy in the hospice and it gave everyone who went such a boost.

Get involved.

We have a broad range of campaigns that you and your employees can get involved with.

Payroll Giving.

Give your employees the option to support Richard House with a regular donation deducted directly from their salary.

Pay For A Day.

Choose a date that is special or significant to you or your company and donate the amount it costs to support local children’s hospice care for a whole 24 hours.

Sponsor A Nurse.

Without our dedicated, specialist nurses we could not achieve the vital care for children in our local community need.

Sponsor A Room.

Each room is designed to provide a comforting environment, which is especially important for a young child who may have only slept at home or in hospital before.

Make a difference.

Through the generous support of philanthropic donors, Richard House Children’s Hospice has significantly enhanced the lives of children confronting complex conditions.

We successfully established a therapeutic play area within the hospice, offering a secure and stimulating space for children to engage in safe play and free interactions.

A gift of £5000 and above will provide a significant impact by helping children like Alexander live every day to its fullest.

Where will my donation go?

Choosing Richard House Hospice as your partner will bring a number of benefits to your organisation:

Could pay the annual salary of one of our hospice at home senior nurses for one year, helping local families across London

Could pay for a whole day and night of all Richard House Hospice services.

Could pay for one week of our Hospice at Home service helping seriously ill children in their own home.
